Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. All our orders are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each dress goes through quality-inspection thoroughly before being shipped out to minimize any problems from arising.
As the dresses / outfits are all made specifically to order, we are not able to accept any returns.
We have co-operated with international logistics delivery companies such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, Ups, etc. Usually it only takes 3 – 5 working days for any packages to arrive in most countries. Nominal delivery charges of approximately US$ 45.00 is charged per order.
Custom Duties & Taxes
Our retail shops are in London and India. All the factories are in India. Gowns are partly made in UK. We are happy to serve customers all over the world. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported into your country and, in some cases, may be subject to customs or import duties on delivery. Recipients are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. We do not have any control over the imposition of these customs or import duties and cannot predict what (if any) duties there will be.
Please note that whilst the images used on our web site provide a very good representation of the dress/outfit designs, production dresses which include lace/brocade in the design may vary slightly in appearance due to the availability of the patterns. We will however endeavour to use a lace/brocade which resembles as closely as possible the material used in the original design and pictures

Our Stand on Human Rights & Conservation
We are proud to indicate that we follow international norms in human rights and conservation. No forced labour is used at our workshops. No underage individuals work with us. We strictly follow the minimum working age laws at our factory and the minimum wage regulations. No children are employed by us and any dangerous job (working with sewing machines and needles for example) is only undertaken by workers over 30 years of age.
We take pride in supporting and promoting creative cottage industries in rural areas of India not only as a social initiative but also for their exceptional product value.
We respect Nature and feel it conscientious to do our best for conservation so that future generations have a beautiful world to live in. Conservation is our duty and responsibility and this we take very seriously at our showrooms and workshops.
